The agree option, on the proc freq tables statement, will calculate kappa statistics between 2 raters.

More than 2 Raters
The %MAGREE macro, from the SAS website computes estimates and tests of agreement among multiple raters when responses (ratings) are on a nominal or ordinal scale.
