    In the '/Class/ST590G' directory on the 'login' machine is a file
    'Child2.dat' of child care facilities registered with the State of 
    North Carolina, downloaded from the NCDEHNR webpage (and modified).
    The file 'Child0.dat' is available for debugging with just the first
    100 records.
 
    We're interested in getting certain information about these centers.

    1) How many possible licenses are available?  Which are the most
    popular?

    2) How many zipcodes are there in North Carolina?  Use this list to
    get a lower bound.

    3) What zipcodes have the most child care centers?  Give a list of the
    top 10.

    4) In my understanding, the 'Five Star' licenses are the best rated.
    How many 'Five Star' centers are there?  Give the number of 'Center'
    and 'Family' Licenses that achieved this top rating.

    Give the results as well as the UNIX commands you used to get them.
