Visitors may park in front of the SAS Hall or at the Colesium parking deck and use the pedestrian tunnel (near building #28) to arrive at the Sas Hall (building #32A).

Travel Information:

Airport: Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

Ground transportation from RDU: Raleigh-Durham International Airport offers passengers a variety of transportation options, ranging from taxi and limousine service to rental cars and shuttle buses. RDU offers connections to local bus and train stations.

Getting to and from RDU: RDU is centrally located with easy access to Research Triangle Park, world-renowned medical facilities and the state capitol.

  • 10 miles southeast of Durham
  • 10 miles northwest of Raleigh

Get map and driving directions to RDU: To get to the airport from one of the major area highways, take the following exits:
  • from I-40, Exits 284B or 285
  • from I-540, Exit 2A Aviation Parkway/RDU Airport and follow signs to the airport
  • from US 70, Exit 293 Aviation Parkway/Westgate Road and follow signs to the airport
NC State University and Hotels are about 11 miles from the RDU airport.
